About the Role

Haleon's Oral Healthcare category is built on a portfolio of well-established and trusted brands, backed by leading scientific knowledge and consumer-centric insights.

This Marketing Trainee position focuses on providing support to the Oral Care Marketing Team in Haleon Spain, reporting to the Brand Manager, and collaborating with the cross-functional Brand Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales analysis (sell-in and sell-out) of the brand.
  • Prepare monthly reports.
  • Manage marketing budget control, tracking POs and updating expense control files.
  • Track projects and competitors.
  • Develop and adapt marketing materials.
  • Support digital and TV campaigns, as well as new product launches.
  • Support the sales force through material coordination, samples, and specific actions.
  • In the medium term, take on specific brand projects under the guidance and supervision of a mentor.

Qualifications and Skills

  • University degree or pre-Bologna university degree in Marketing, Business Administration and Management, ADE, Pharmacy, or Biotechnology.
  • C1 level of English language proficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Organizational, synthesis, and structural skills.
  • Positive and proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
