About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Automation Technician to join our team at E80 Group S.p.a. in Valencia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of complex systems at our client's industrial plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting activities on equipment to optimize efficiency.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance tasks in accordance with established plans.
  • Provide regular reports on system performance and activities to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and E80 Group teams.
  • Organize regular meetings with customers to discuss system performance.
  • Conduct on-the-job training for customer personnel.
  • Promote system improvements and modifications in collaboration with management.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and suggest reordering as needed.
  • Organize and maintain the maintenance area, tools, and equipment.
Requirements
  • Technical qualification in electromechanical engineering or industrial automation.
  • At least 3 years of experience in electromechanical or transfer technician roles, electrician, or automation engineer in automation or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong understanding of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings.
  • Knowledge of Siemens PLC, Beckhoff, Fanuc, Allen Bradley, or Rockwell is a plus.
Soft Skills
  • Desire to make a positive impact and represent E80 Group professionally.
  • Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written); intermediate level of English or Italian (spoken and written).
  • Strong autonomy and proactivity.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Curiosity about learning new technologies.
