Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Automation Systems Specialist to join our team at Manpower Italia Srl. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of complex systems at a company client's industrial plant in Valencia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the proper functioning of the plant in compliance with KPIs and contractual performance.
  • Collaborate with technical offices for problem resolution, organizing on-site and remote interventions, procuring and shipping spare parts, and preparing offers.
  • Perform corrective maintenance and troubleshooting activities on the installed machinery.
  • Carry out all or part of the preventive maintenance activities according to the maintenance plans, as agreed with the Customer and the Company provisions.
  • Participate in periodic meetings with the Customer's representatives.
  • Report to the Customer and the Company regarding performed activities, anomalies, and corrective actions.
  • Promote improvement activities, modifications, and possible solutions.
  • Provide periodic on-the-job training to the Customer's personnel.
  • Manage spare parts available on-site, suggesting reorder points and purchases as needed.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation systems and maintenance, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
