We are an international boutique HR Consultancy from Barcelona with a presence in Spain, Germany, Portugal, and Dubai, specializing in Executive Search, Coaching, and Newplacement with a core business in the Spanish and German-speaking DACH region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify target companies and industries relevant to the search, analyzing market trends and providing insights into potential talent pools.
  • Utilize active sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates, building and maintaining a comprehensive database of potential candidates.
  • Assist in updating and managing the candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, and organizing and categorizing candidate profiles for easy retrieval.
  • Support in creating and updating essential Headhunting documents, including target lists, long lists, and short lists, and prepare dynamic and engaging candidate profiles for presentation to clients.
  • Assist in activating recruitment sources, such as posting targeted job opportunities on platforms like LinkedIn and relevant business schools.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between potential candidates and the Headhunting team, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process for all parties involved.
  • Support in the reference-checking process by contacting referees and compiling reference reports.
  • Assist in developing comprehensive Headhunting reports, integrating evaluation tools and interview insights for a holistic view of candidates.
  • Contribute to the preparation of candidate presentations, showcasing their strengths in a manner that aligns with client expectations.
