About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the role of Customer Service Manager / Commercial Assistant for our Mediterranean cluster. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in helping our team execute sales, marketing, and access initiatives to drive growth and market penetration for our expanding biologics portfolio in Spain.
- Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day operations, including answering customer inquiries, handling correspondence, and organizing meetings. Assist with travel arrangements, expense/budget reporting, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Operational Activity Support: Process all the POS received from customers and generate invoices. Follow up on collections from clients and payments to vendors. Collaborate with CM to provide administrative assistance in managing customer accounts and contracts. Process and generate all the PO for service providers and create new customers and vendors in the system. Coordinate communication between internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
- Customer Service - Product Marketing: Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to product marketing, providing timely and accurate information. Support marketing initiatives by coordinating promotional materials, organizing events, and managing customer databases. Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Open Mindset and Adaptability: Embrace a proactive and flexible approach to work, willing to take on new tasks and adapt to changing priorities. Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and industry trends to continuously improve performance and effectiveness. Utilize Veeva SF software effectively for administrative tasks and reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of previous experience in office administration or administrative support roles within life sciences/Pharma/Biotech industry.
- Customer services experience: familiarized with PO processing and the use of ERP or accounting software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
