**Job Summary:**
Optibus Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Global Supply Chain Manager to lead our global supply chain operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to optimise and manage our global hardware supply chain.

**About the Role:**

We are looking for a seasoned professional with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of global supply chain management. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the end-to-end supply chain activities, ensuring efficient and effective coordination across multiple regions and functions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement the global supply chain strategy aligned with the Company's objectives, ensuring optimal inventory levels, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Optimise end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution, to achieve cost savings, minimise lead times, and improve service levels.
  • Supplier Management and Sourcing: Develop and implement supplier management strategies, including supplier qualification, evaluation, and performance measurement.
  • Data Analysis and Performance Monitoring: Utilise data analytics and reporting tools to monitor supply chain performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a global setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

**What We Offer:**
