Barback Assistant

SLS Barcelona, a five-star urban resort, is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barback to join our pre-opening team.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to assist our bartenders in preparing drinks, serving food, and providing exceptional customer service. As a Barback, you will be responsible for ensuring that bartenders have all necessary supplies, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

• Prepare drinks and serve food according to guest preferences
• Assist bartenders with guest service during peak periods
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including liquors, garnishes, and glassware
• Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere for guests
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and multitask

• Experience in hospitality within food and beverage
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new situations

Competitive salary range of €25,000 - €35,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer excellent discounts across the Ennismore family of brands.
