About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Barback to join our dynamic team at the MR PORTER STEAKHOUSE. This fast-paced environment demands that you perform at your best, ensuring exceptional service to our guests and colleagues on the floor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all stations are fully stocked with products, utensils, and ice at all times.
  • Perform basic prep work behind the bar to maintain efficiency.
  • Assist guests in making food and beverage selections.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated attentiveness and patience when interacting with guests.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Possess excellent presentation skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Able to work well under pressure in a team environment.
Compensation Package

As a valued member of our team, you will be offered a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have access to opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
