About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Knowledge Analyst to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our Operations Practice Area, you will play a critical role in guiding case teams on the execution of Manufacturing & Supply Chain Projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a thought partner and content expert to case teams, helping them structure and solve complex problems.
  • Lead specific modules and contribute to business development and commercialization efforts for the topic/sector.
  • Develop intellectual property and assets for the business and mentor junior colleagues based on your topic/sector expertise.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to support go-to-market efforts and publications.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of consulting experience in relevant Manufacturing & Supply Chain required.
  • In lieu of consulting experience, 3 years minimum industry experience required; 4-6 years industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred).
  • Fluency in English; German (Dusseldorf) and Spanish (Madrid) a plus.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
