**Job Description:**

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all communications efforts at our Porriño Manufacturing Site, playing a key role in shaping internal and external communications strategies to enhance our brand, engage employees, and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
• Manage nonprofit relationship management, employee volunteer engagement, and site events management.
• Develop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and motivated.
• Manage and produce content for internal communications channels, including newsletters, intranet, emails, and announcements.
• Organize and facilitate employee meetings, town halls, and other internal events.
• Work closely with Site Leadership Team to support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Act as a spokesperson for the site, handling media inquiries and coordinating interviews.
• Create press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with local media, community leaders, and other external stakeholders.
• Evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of digital communications, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
