Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and determined Performance Specialist to join our team. As a Performance Specialist, you will manage our current portfolio of clients across different channels - Search, Display, and Social.

Your role will involve:

  • Leading your own portfolio of clients and results accounts, analyzing account performance, making recommendations, and executing campaign implementation and optimization.
  • Providing support as an integral member of the client team, dealing with daily challenges, analyzing results, making recommendations, and exceeding client goals and expectations.
  • Innovating and implementing best practices for strategies across search engines and media vendors, briefing clients on the latest industry developments and their impact on their business.
Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

  • A minimum of two years in PPC/SEM experience, with knowledge and understanding of digital channels and digital infrastructure.
  • A minimum of one year in a client-facing role.
  • Excellent analytical and communicative skills, with the ability to work with numbers and analyze metrics.
  • Experience managing large volumes of ad investment as an advertiser or agency.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Data Studio.
  • Fluently spoken and written Spanish and English.

Plus:

  • Knowledge of Programmatic Marketing campaigns.
  • Italian language skills.
