RMC Asia is seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Events Interns in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This exciting opportunity is part of our Cultural Exchange Programs, which also include management training and contractual positions at top hotels and resorts in Asia.

Program Overview

As an Events Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in event planning and coordination, communicating with clients and vendors, and managing event logistics and timelines. You will also be involved in marketing and promoting events, as well as supporting the creation of event materials and presentations.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in event planning and coordination
  • Communicate with clients and vendors
  • Help with the setup and breakdown of events
  • Manage event logistics and timelines
  • Assist with event budgeting and financial tracking
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments for event requirements
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide customer support
  • Assist in marketing and promoting events
  • Support the creation of event materials and presentations

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Be an enrolled student or recent graduate within 24 months
  • Have a school, college, or university reference letter
  • Have conversational English
  • Be well-groomed
  • Have a pleasant personality
