Digital Analytics & Omnichannel Specialist Job at Amgen SA

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Analytics & Omnichannel Specialist to join our team and contribute to our digital transformation. You will have the chance to shape the analytical layer of new digital channels as pillars of our digital presence in Iberia across all franchises.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Omnichannel Strategy: Develop and implement a data-driven omnichannel strategy based on the needs of healthcare professionals and customers. Identify and continuously gather internal customer needs to understand customer behavior, improve their experience, and optimize the performance of omnichannel campaigns.
  2. Data Analysis and Visualization: Analyze and measure the efficiency of digital campaigns, proposing optimizations to meet Omnichannel challenges. Generate customer insights and implement value-added processes and governance to facilitate transformation.
  3. Technical Collaboration: Liaise with local & global technical teams (Data, CRM, DTI, SFE locally / with Global) to meet tool optimization objectives. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes around customer and omnichannel data in partnership with data.
  4. Communication and Stakeholder Management: Lead campaign reporting for Spain; create & distribute customer analytics dashboards summarizing customer acquisition, conversion & engagement metrics. Develops and maintains relationships with internal stakeholders (head office and field).
  5. Campaign Optimization: Evolve healthcare professional segmentation and customer knowledge to refine the personalization approach. Define performance measurement indicators to monitor campaigns and ensure follow-up.

Requirements:

  • University degree or higher education qualification(s) preferably in marketing, business studies, digital marketing, or a technology/media related discipline
  • Experience (around 4-6 years) in Digital Marketing Analyst/Omnichannel Project Manager or similar positions

Expected Salary: €70,000 - €85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
