Bid Coordinator Specialist

Description

We are seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator Specialist to join our team at Nezda Global. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and producing the bid or proposal response document.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate proposal input from various stakeholders, including sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal, and deliver.
  • Champion document management and change control best practices.
  • Ensure proposal documents follow standard formatting and quality standards.
  • Maintain and make available master document sets.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Bid Coordinator/Proposal Coordinator or similar role (Telco experience preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple bids at once.
Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is P 40,000 - P 50,000 per month, plus competitive benefits.

This is a hybrid role that requires working on-site 1-2 times a week.
