About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Validation and Verification (VV) team at Grooo. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a strong background in VV processes, particularly within the realm of cameras, sensors, or related products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the VV team to ensure our cameras and sensors meet the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive VV strategies, managing the VV team and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Implement test automation tasks to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and recommend corrective actions to improve product quality.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with industry regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and enhance VV processes and documentation to align with industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • Advanced test automation and scripting expertise.
  • Strong background in integrating and testing video streaming solutions with VMS platforms.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Expertise in maintaining ongoing compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
