**Job Summary**
Hilton Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Housekeeping Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Inspect a minimum of 10 rooms per hour to ensure they meet brand standards and cleanliness guidelines.
- Complete inspection reports and share findings with respective departments.
- Provide daily shift end reports to the Executive Housekeeper.
- Complete work orders, as needed, and assist with other housekeeping duties if required.
- Place rooms out of order if they do not meet standards.
- Coordinate OOO rooms between housekeeping, engineering, and front office to ensure timely return of rooms to inventory.
- Do continuous follow-up on pending maintenance issues in rooms/public spaces and update the status.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
- Proficiency with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office Word & Excel.
