We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Universaldx. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our diagnostic tests and contributing to our mission of making cancer a curable disease by detecting it earlier.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the QA Manager and Quality Director in all aspects of the quality system.
  • Maintain and review quality system processes to ensure compliance and improvements.
  • Help develop and implement quality policies and procedures in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Assist in the development, review, and maintenance of processes, procedures, and other documents.
  • Support QA Manager to promote active participation and awareness of all personnel in the implementation of all procedures.
  • Monitor Non-Conformities and CAPA issues and ensure actions are implemented within agreed timeframes.
  • Follow up verification and effectiveness of actions completed.
  • Provide administration assistance with all quality-related projects and duties.
  • Maintain and control document reviews and amendments.
  • Assist the QA Manager on QMS audits.
  • Help personnel from other departments on quality issues.
  • Provide input details for management reviews.
  • Support inter-departmental training initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Quality Management Systems.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as quality consultant or quality specialist.
  • Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  • Constancy, effort, patience, and perseverance.
  • Be consistent, committed, competent, responsible, and organized.
