Job Description

The Staff Field Bioinformatician Applications Scientist position plays a critical role in enabling customer success within their territory. Key responsibilities include technical training, troubleshooting, complaint resolution, scientific consulting during pre- and post-sales activities, and collaboration with the commercial team to maximize sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires strong troubleshooting, communication, time management, situational awareness, poise under pressure, and collaboration skills. A valid driving license within Belgium is necessary, along with flexibility to travel up to 70% of the time across the West region, including Italy, Spain, France, and Benelux. Ideal candidates are based in Belgium and proficient in English, Dutch, or French.
