Research and Development

We invest 15% of our annual turnover in R&D activities, focusing on creating and applying the latest scientific advancements to develop high-quality vaccines. Our R&D Department seeks a talented Molecular Biology Research Scientist to join our team and manage a molecular biology unit.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead nucleic acid synthesis, cloning, plasmid production, and genome sequencing activities for biopharmaceutical applications.
  • Supervise quality control on generated constructs to meet quality requirements.
  • Author and review technical reports meeting CMC requirements and regulatory agency expectations.
  • Collaborate with development teams within the Company and external partners.
  • Manage multiple workflows in parallel within timelines, ensuring tasks are carried out according to high scientific standards.
  • Participate in setting up new laboratory facilities and recommending new technologies.

Requirements:

  • Ph.D. (2+ years' experience) in life sciences.
  • Proficient in recombinant DNA technologies and sequencing technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with nucleic acid extractions, library preparation, and genome sequencing.
  • Expertise in sequencing/NGS data interpretation with bioinformatic tools.
  • Ability to design and execute complex experimental protocols.

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary group.
  • Good English language skills (written and spoken).

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
