The Opportunity

Transform product designs or concepts into manufacturable products efficiently, selecting the appropriate supplier, optimizing production processes, ensuring quality and formula adequation, meeting cost and time targets, and following product launch.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-conception/Conception: Establish minimum information on the pack to open formula consultation, and pre-feasibility of the brief.

Select the Vendor Panel with Purchasing Team to send the RFQ, and create the Packaging Quotation Format with Purchasing team, including pre-spec.

Follow and challenge technical answers from suppliers with the support of the MU packaging conceptor, and select the supplier to start the product development.

Select the appropriate filling process & TPM for the formula, and integrate our CSR Approach on each project, including Spice calculation for VAC.

Development & Homologation:

Detailed risk analysis including industrial constraints, and functional analysis for drawing validation.

Deep follow-up of the supplier, task, ensuring lead-time, quality, cost, including TPM, and drive and coordinate meetings with suppliers (including TPM) & Marketing.

Coordinate with pack/indus Barcelona the Development Packaging and Industrialization, for quality team and outsourcing team.

Assist in project team follow-up, and provide all relevant information to project team & CNP on tasks & milestones.

Analyze and adjust the setup of each piece with the supplier, and qualify the pieces with lab support.

Qualify the pieces to be compatible with the formula and the TPM industrialization, and establish the specification, range board, gabarit, drawing to control components.

Provide all components needed for Line trial, compatibility, user test, technical preseries & commercial preseries if needed.

Execution & Production:

Validate the start of production, on time, quality & cost, with pack supplier & TPM, and prepare the Packaging Assembling Instruction for TPM.

Prepare and participate in the project closing.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, and degree in Engineering, Administration, or similar.

Spanish and English proficiency, and Italian and French highly valuable.
