With a commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction, we have grown rapidly over the past 7 years, starting on the Costa del Sol with a team of 50+ professionals. Now, we're expanding further with new offices in Costa Blanca and Dubai.
Why Work With Us?
As an Experienced Real Estate Agent, you will focus on selling new build properties with high commissions. Earn €6,000-9,000/month, with top agents exceeding €18,000/month. We provide pre-qualified leads and pre-booked meetings to boost sales. You'll have access to updated property info (price lists, floor plans, etc.). Our comprehensive training and ongoing support will help you succeed. We handle marketing and admin - you can focus solely on sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to clients from initial contact to property acquisition.
- Conduct online meetings and create personalized property tours.
- Show properties, negotiate deals, and assist clients with legal representation.
- Keep clients updated on property and market changes.
What We Offer:
- Ongoing training and full support from Sales Managers and Back Office.
- Commission starting from 30%.
- Dedicated support from Sales Managers and Back Office staff.
- A local phone number for client communication with free unlimited calls.
Requirements:
- Must have experience in the real estate industry and knowledge of Costa Blanca.
- Familiarity with Costa Blanca's areas, especially key regions.
- Must have a driver's license and access to a car.
- Open to working in the office 2-3 days per week for training and support purposes.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Additional languages are an advantage, including Czech, Flemish, Dutch , or Native English .
- Strong preference for selling new build properties over resales.

- Initial Selection: All candidates will be assessed based on submitted information.
- Screening: Selected candidates will be contacted for a brief screening interview.
- In-Person Interview: If selected, you'll meet our Sales Manager, Jacques, in Alicante.
- Follow-Up: Candidates will receive feedback within seven days after the interview.
