Job Title: NOC Technician
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled NOC Technician to join our team at Hotelbeds. As a NOC Technician, you will be responsible for providing level 1 support for our systems and services, monitoring our infrastructure, and addressing any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for our systems and services, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Monitor our infrastructure to detect and report any potential issues
- Work closely with our teams to coordinate issue resolution and communicate status updates
- Develop and maintain documentation for common issues and resolutions
- Recommend technical improvements and enhancements to our platform
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Linux system administration and cloud computing platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
- Strong technical, logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Nagios, Grafana, Kibana)
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, Python)
