- Lead LEOP and Commissioning campaigns, supporting ground testing and ensuring successful satellite deployment.

- Evaluate and evolve satellite operation manuals and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Proven experience in LEO small satellites operations or design, with a strong understanding of spacecraft architecture and subsystems.
- Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages, with the ability to write efficient and effective code.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and methodical under pressure during real-time operations.
