Your Role in BizAway

We're seeking a talented Marketing Manager (m/w/d) to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team. Your role will involve driving awareness, engagement, traffic, and conversion to deliver effective demand. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a small team of marketing professionals and fostering a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive lead generation strategy to acquire, nurture, and convert high-quality leads.
  • Working closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality, develop nurturing strategies, and provide necessary sales enablement tools and resources to optimize conversion rates.
  • Planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive inbound and outbound lead generation efforts.
  • Collaborating with our SEO and SEM team/providers to enhance online visibility through organic and paid search strategies.
  • Helping to produce engaging content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, landing pages, and email sequences that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.
  • Tracking and analyzing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other marketing platforms, and making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and technologies.
  • A passion for travel and marketing, with a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends.
