Your Role as a Sales Stylist

You will be the face of Levi's, showcasing our latest collections, styles, and innovations to customers. Your expertise in our products, sales techniques, and customer service skills will enable you to deliver personalized experiences that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries, and resolving issues promptly
  • Drive sales growth by upselling, cross-selling, and suggesting relevant products to customers
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, preferences, and fashion trends
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of Levi's products, features, and benefits
  • Participate in visual merchandising, maintaining store displays, and creating engaging store experiences

About You
