Site Reliability Engineer (m/f/d)

We are seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. As an SRE, you will empower our users with solutions that offer a rich feature set, high availability, and stellar performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for a positive user experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications.
  • Shape, build, and maintain our production environment while maintaining a holistic view of system health.
  • Enhance the reliability and quality of our software solutions by automating deployments, dependency checks, updates, and more.
  • Provide primary operational support and engineering expertise for distributed software solutions.
  • Collect and analyze metrics from operating systems and applications to assist in performance tuning and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with development teams to enhance services through rigorous testing and release procedures, as well as improve automation and/or introduce new automation/frameworks based on findings.
  • Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning to create sustainable systems and services through automation and improvements.

Your Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science or related disciplines.
  • Proficient in coding (structured and OOP) using one or more high-level languages such as Python, Java, C/C#, or Rust.
  • Experience with distributed storage technologies as well as dynamic resource management frameworks.
  • Proactive approach to identifying problems, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Well-structured and analytical, with a goal-oriented approach.
  • Excellent English communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas and opinions to stakeholders.
