About the RoleWe are now seeking several skilled property experts to join our dedicated team of four. As a key member, you will actively contribute to finding attractive properties, matching customers' preferences, and assisting diverse clientele in discovering their dream homes.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact and conduct thorough needs analysis for potential clients
- Maintain regular meetings with customers planning to purchase property in Spain
- Nurture long-term relationships through exceptional customer service
- Showcase properties and neighborhoods to clients
- Provide expert support for housing-related inquiries
About You
To succeed in this role, you should be passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences, building lasting relationships, and consistently exceeding client expectations. Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and excellent digital proficiency are essential, as we operate at a fast pace with multiple concurrent processes.
Requirements:
- Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English
- Previous experience in real estate and/or property brokerage
- In-depth knowledge of Fuengirola and surrounding areas
