Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Property Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential properties for sale, building relationships with property owners and buyers, and creating effective marketing strategies.

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential properties for sale
  • B Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and other stakeholders
  • Provide pricing recommendations based on market analysis
  • Create compelling listing presentations to showcase properties to potential clients
  • Collaborate with sellers to develop tailored marketing strategies
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • A self-motivated and proactive approach to business development
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Multilingual skills, with English as a must and Norwegian, French, or Italian as an asset
