About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Management Consultant to join our team at Reconocida empresa. As a key member of our Risk Consulting team, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients in their strategic projects and transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Contribute to the definition, coordination, preparation, follow-up, and implementation of Credit Risk related projects.
  2. Participate in framing the project scope and objectives.
  3. Participate in the definition of the project's deliverables and planning.
  4. Participate in defining and implementing the project's governance.
  5. Design Target Operating Models.
  6. Provide advice to sponsors on technical risk-related topics and project approach.
  7. Secure the project's delivery by escalating any issue and proposing relevant mitigation actions.
  8. Contribute to the Risk Consulting life, especially by contributing to internal initiatives.
  9. Promote Risk Consulting within Risk and more globally within the company.
  10. Respect the requirements of the internal control, compliance, and security procedures of the company.
Requirements
  1. Master's degree or equivalent.
  2. 5 to 10 years of experience in Consulting and/or Project Management.
  3. Experience in Banking Risk (e.g., Collateral, Granting, Rating Basel, CRD IV, CRR).
  4. Fluent business English and French.
  5. Excellent communication skills (oral & written).
  6. Strong Consultancy & analytical mindset.
  7. Client-focused, pro-active, and able to solve problems creatively.
  8. Advanced user of MS-Office.
Preferred
  1. Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum, Lean, Kanban, Six-Sigma).
