The Sales Associate II is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail stores. As a Sales Associate II, you will be the face of our brand, providing a seamless shopping experience for our customers and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and service goals, and contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment
  • Stay up-to-date on company initiatives, policies, and procedures, and communicate effectively with management and colleagues

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a retail sales or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn and adapt to new products and services
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
