">Job Description
">We are seeking an Offensive Security Engineer to spearhead innovative penetration testing and red team exercises. As a key member of our SOC team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our cybersecurity posture by identifying and remediating vulnerabilities before adversaries can exploit them.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Lead and coordinate penetration testing and red team exercises.
- Identify and exploit vulnerabilities in systems and applications.
- Collaborate with SOC teams to enhance security measures.
- Develop detailed reports on findings and remediation strategies.
- Participate in Purple Team exercises to enhance SOC capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field, as well as 5 years of experience in the cybersecurity industry, with at least 3 years focused on Offensive Security. You must also have fluency in English and proven experience in Penetration testing and Red team exercises.
