As a Sales Engineer, you'll be the face of LogScale and NG-SIEM for prospective customers and partners, taking ownership of the technical relationship through the sales cycle.

About the Role

CrowdStrike LogScale is changing the way people think about log management and systems observability, empowering teams to excel in their roles. We're seeking pioneers who bring more than just expertise, as your experience will be the cornerstone of our journey towards innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain technical relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle
  • Provide feedback to Product Management on customer needs and wants
  • Work closely with sales, leadership, marketing, support, customer success, and engineering to provide feedback on deal progress and uncover prospect wants and needs
Requirements

We're looking for someone with experience in log management, SIEM, and XDR. Comfort with Linux and Windows troubleshooting, data ingestion formats, programming languages, cloud concepts, and orchestration tools is advantageous. Experience in distributed data stores, data shipping services, cloud providers, SSO concepts, and container orchestration like Kubernetes is preferred.

Able to adapt, thrive, and excel in a fast-moving environment, you should have a consultative sales approach, ability to challenge companies to think differently, strength in evangelizing technology, and new account acquisition. Excellent problem resolution skills, resourceful, and constructive, you should also be willing to experiment with new technologies and techniques.
