We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at Clarivate. As a key member of our Solutions Analysis team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation by analyzing and improving business processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and improve business processes within the organization to increase productivity, data accuracy, automation, and efficiency.
- Understand client requirements and specify and analyze them to ensure clarity of definition.
- Collect, write formal specifications, and communicate business requirements between development and client to design and implement business solutions.
- Use a structured change management process to shepherd projects from requirements gathering through design, testing, implementation, client transition, and ongoing systems maintenance.
- Provide business process and systems analysis, requirements specifications, and consult on development and testing management for implementing technology-based editorial business solutions.
- Model and analyze client and system processes to identify opportunities for technological improvements, process synergies, and business efficiencies.
- Generate systems documentation for operational support and end-user information.
- Conduct operational and end-user training and support transitions of operational support to clients.
- Ensure change management and communication of change is done in a systematic way for projects where initial requirements may evolve during the lifecycle of the project.
- Develop relationships with clients by being proactive, displaying a thorough understanding of their business, and providing innovative business solutions.
- Work with clients to ensure smooth transitions to new systems and/or business processes.
Our Clarivate team of Solutions analysts acts as the nerve-centre of our development/delivery teams supporting Academia and Government segments. The team consists of 15 exceptionally talented and dedicated Solution Analysts located in India, Spain, UK, and US, all reporting into our Director Solutions Analysis based in the US.
