About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Leader to join our Product & Engagement team at TUI Group. As a key member of our technology organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping our digital product strategy and driving innovation across our customer-facing selling channels.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead the creation of technology and organizational transformation activities, working closely with our Head of Architecture and other senior architects to develop strategies that translate business opportunities and customer expectations into innovative IT solutions.

You will collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders across TUI Group to understand and refine business requirements and technical enablers for our digital products, ensuring seamless integration with our customer engagement and marketing activities.

As a trusted advisor, you will work with our global digital product and architecture communities to identify and communicate dependencies and risks affecting our digital products, and develop high-level roadmaps that showcase expected outcomes and transformation phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technology and organizational transformation activities
  • Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to understand business requirements
  • Develop strategies for digital product development
  • Work with global digital product and architecture communities
