About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Norwegian Content Reviewer to join our team at Grupo Crit. As a Content Reviewer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our social media platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and filter content on our social media platform to ensure a safe experience for users.
  • Utilize your advanced Norwegian language skills to evaluate content for accuracy and relevance.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement content moderation strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with current cultural, political, and social events to ensure content is relevant and engaging.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to user inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • C2 level Norwegian language proficiency.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • User-friendly PC skills, including Office 365 and CRM Database.
  • Goal-oriented and self-assertive with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Awareness of current cultural, political, and social events.
  • Experience in content moderation, customer service, or other contact center environments is valued.
  • Availability to work from the office and from home (within 100km from the office).
  • Mandatory studies finished, as per Spanish legislation.
