Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Norwegian Content Reviewer to join our team at Teleperformance. As a Content Reviewer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of online content for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and filter online content to ensure it meets our quality and safety standards
  • Work closely with our team to identify and resolve any content-related issues
  • Collaborate with our clients to understand their content requirements and preferences
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' content guidelines and policies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the online content industry

Requirements:

  • Native-level fluency in Norwegian (C2 level)
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Excellent PC skills, including Office 365 and CRM Database
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Awareness of current cultural, political, and social events
  • Experience in content moderation, customer service, or other contact center environments (a plus)
