Job Title: Wind Energy Trainer Specialist

About the Job

As a Wind Energy Trainer Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive training programs to our technicians, subcontractors, and customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our participants receive the highest level of technical and safety training, enabling them to perform their tasks efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical engineering or vocational training, with experience in conducting occupational safety training and GWO BST standard. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint, is essential. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with a medium to high level of English fluency.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level safety and technical training to internal and external customers
  • Support the onboarding and qualification of new technicians
  • Create and implement new training programs as needed
  • Prepare materials for training sessions
  • Maintain and report data on completed courses, attendance, and issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Engineering or vocational training
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in conducting occupational safety training and GWO BST standard
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and proactive with a strong sense of initiative
  • Medium to high level of written and spoken English fluency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint)
Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Please note that salaries may vary based on location.
