Key Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our sales team. This role involves coordinating and managing the sales process for key accounts, identifying new business opportunities and providing ongoing feedback.

  • This includes coordinating with key account directors, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and monitoring progress to ensure efficient operations.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Main Responsibilities
  • Sales Process Coordination: Manage the sales process for key accounts, including identifying new business opportunities and providing ongoing feedback.
  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities through effective internal coordination and communication.
  • Technical Training: Plan and deliver technical training sessions and demonstrations for key accounts.
  • Report Generation: Create reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information using the company's CRM system.
  • Problem Resolution: Oversee and lead problem resolution at the company through effective internal coordination and communication.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or economics is preferred.
  • At least five years of experience in account management roles in contexts related to kitchen equipment, Ho.Re.Ca (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering), and hospitality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain connections with professionals in various company hierarchies.
  • Proven organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • A willingness to travel approximately 50% of work time to ensure a constant presence in the market.
