Job Title: Growth Data Analyst

Moniepoint Inc is seeking a highly skilled Growth Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our marketing and growth team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and informing strategic decisions through data-driven insights.

Your Opportunity and Mission
  1. Work closely with product managers, business, development, and data engineering teams to guide the marketing and growth team in problem discovery, monitoring, and providing visibility of product metrics and KPIs.
  2. Translate product and business questions into analysis and actionable insights.
  3. Develop and maintain scalable and self-service visualization tools and dashboards.
  4. Own end-to-end analytics related to Marketing and Growth Product, from data requirement gathering and opportunity sizing to experimentation and post-launch impact analyses.
  5. Build robust relationships with stakeholders, acting as a strategic and supportive link between technology, business, and product.
  6. Apply advanced mathematical and statistical modeling techniques and analyses to solve for product and business problems that drive the highest impact.
You Have...
  1. 3-4 years of professional experience in a quantitative analysis role in top companies/industries (tier 1 consulting firms, investment banking, tech companies).
  2. Excellent SQL skills.
  3. Demonstrated experience in designing and analyzing experiments in digital products.
  4. Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau and Looker.
  5. Experience with statistical modeling and advanced analytics to provide product-shaping insights.
  6. Experience in statistical programming (Python) and working with popular tools like Pandas, SciPy, Jupyter/iPython notebooks.
  7. Excellent spoken and written English.
