Your Opportunity

Moniepoint Inc is seeking a skilled Data Insights Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our marketing and growth team, you will work closely with product managers, business, development, and data engineering teams to drive business growth and inform product decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Design and analyze experiments to measure the impact of marketing and growth initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain scalable data visualization tools and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Own the end-to-end analytics process for marketing and growth product development, from data requirement gathering to post-launch impact analysis.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Apply advanced mathematical and statistical modeling techniques to solve complex business problems.

Requirements
  • 3-4 years of professional experience in a quantitative analysis role in top companies or industries.
  • Excellent SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Looker.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and analyzing experiments in digital products.
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling and advanced analytics techniques.
  • Experience with statistical programming languages like Python and popular tools like Pandas and SciPy.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
What to Expect

The hiring process will involve a preliminary phone call, a general interview with the Senior Manager of Marketing Strategy, a case study-based discussion with the SVP of Marketing, and a behavioral interview with members of the Executive team.
