Postdoctoral Researcher Position in Sustainable Catalysis

Job DescriptionWe are seeking two highly motivated postdoctoral researchers to join our team for an exciting project focused on mechanistic studies of catalytic reactions aimed at enhancing synthetic methods.
Responsibilities- Perform mechanistic studies and catalyst development
- Laboratory group tasks
- Publish high-quality research reports and publications
- Conduct individual and collaborative research projects
- Prepare reports and forward planning documents
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and applications to external bodies
- Use creativity to analyze and interpret research data and draw conclusions on the outcomes
- Holding a PhD degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- A strong background in organic chemistry and/or catalysis
- Knowledge of techniques used to monitor reactions such as NMR, IR, HPLC, and GC
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Strong motivation for the project
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to drive the project forward
- A temporary contract linked to the project
- Remuneration according to individual's qualifications/experience
- Annual salary split in twelve monthly payments
