Postdoctoral Researcher Position in Sustainable Catalysis

About the Position
We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher to join our Suero research group at ICIQ, a leading institution in the field of chemistry. The successful candidate will contribute to our research efforts in sustainable catalysis, focusing on the discovery of novel kinase inhibitors with new chemical warheads.
Responsibilities
- Design and discovery of novel kinase inhibitors with new chemical warheads.
- Writing reports, preparation of scientific articles, and presentation of results in group meetings and conferences.
- Complete documentation of research results.
Requirements
- PhD in Organic chemistry or medicinal chemistry.
- Proven track record in chemical synthesis, catalysis and medicinal chemistry.
- Proven good level of written and spoken English.
- Strong commitment for scientific excellence.
We Offer
- A 3-year full-time contract.
- Remuneration according to individual's qualification/experience.
Selection Process
The selection process will be based on qualifications and expertise as reflected on the candidates' CVs. Preselected candidates will be interviewed by the Hiring Manager of the position and the appointed Selection Committee. Once the successful candidate is selected, the People Unit will extend a Job Offer, specifying the start day, salary and overall job conditions.
