About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Workplace Coordinator. This is a pivotal role that requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Front of House Operations: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  2. Reception Management: Maintain a clean, tidy, and secure reception area, including meeting rooms and stationery areas.
  3. Logistics and Coordination: Order and coordinate catering requests, manage office supplies, and ensure sufficient stock levels.
  4. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including mail duties, travel arrangements, and asset management.
  5. Induction and Onboarding: Conduct induction office tours for new starters, coordinate with hiring managers, and assist with onboarding processes.
  6. Event Planning: Organize company events, workshops, and activities to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  7. First Aid and Compliance: Ensure First Aid boxes are fully stocked and compliant, and act as a First Aider for the Workplace.
Requirements
  1. Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  2. Front of House Experience: Solid experience in a front of house or reception capacity, with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft applications.
  4. Teamwork and Adaptability: Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision, with a flexible and driven approach to work.
  5. Continuous Improvement: A continuous improvement mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
