About A-SAFE Digital and the Role A-SAFE Digital is a dynamic and innovative tech company dedicated to providing digital solutions for the A-SAFE Group. We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Front-End Developer to join our growing team. As a hybrid workplace, we offer a collaborative environment where you can work remotely for a portion of the week and spend 2 days in our office.

**Position Overview:** As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance web applications using React and TypeScript. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that enhance user experience and contribute to the overall success of our projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to create responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Lead the development of robust and scalable front-end solutions using React and TypeScript.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code, following industry best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and mentor junior team members.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.

**Requirements:**
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer.
• Proven experience as a Senior Front-End Developer with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Proficient in React and TypeScript, with a deep understanding of their core principles.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux.
• Strong knowledge of front-end build tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment.
