Quality Assurance and Risk Management Specialist

As a Quality Assurance and Risk Management Specialist at Novartis Farmacéutica, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our Research and Development (R&D) processes. You will be responsible for providing expertise and guidance to our teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact the quality of our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Support RDQ Risk Management: You will be responsible for managing risk documentation and governance structures to ensure that our R&D processes are aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Provide Guidance and Expertise: You will work closely with our Quality Assurance and business partners to provide guidance and expertise on risk identification, root cause analysis, lifecycle management, and risk documentation.
- Proactively Identify Quality Risks: You will be responsible for identifying potential quality risks and ensuring that they are properly managed and mitigated.
- Support Governance and Process Improvement: You will work with our teams to enhance governance and processes for managing significant risks and issues in R&D.
- Develop and Deliver Training: You will develop and deliver training programs to ensure that our teams are aware of and adhere to risk management standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or Business: You will have a strong educational background in life sciences or business.
- Excellent English Language Skills: You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Significant Relevant Work Experience: You will have significant relevant work experience in quality risk management.
- Strong Background in GXP and Health Authority Regulations: You will have a strong background in GXP and relevant health authority regulations.
- Ability to Innovate and Improve: You will be able to innovate and improve processes and systems to support risk management excellence.
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry: You will have experience working in the pharmaceutical industry or public health sector.
- Experience Presenting to Senior Leaders: You will have experience presenting to and networking with senior leaders and stakeholders.
