Quality Compliance and Risk Management Specialist

**Job Summary**
Novartis is seeking a highly skilled Quality Compliance and Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Regulatory Risk and Compliance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our risk management processes and governance are fit for purpose and meet our high standards and regulatory requirements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support the development and implementation of risk management strategies and processes to ensure the highest quality risk management practices.
- Provide guidance and expertise to our Quality Assurance and business partners on risk identification, root cause analysis, lifecycle management, and risk documentation.
- Proactively identify quality risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that our research and development quality risk management is executed with the highest quality.
- Support the enhancement of our governance and processes for managing significant risks and issues in research and development.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure adherence to risk management standards and best practices.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and capability building by delivering educational and learning preparations, including training, lessons learned, and regular meetings with internal and external partners and stakeholders.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business.
- Excellent English language skills (oral and written).
- Significant relevant work experience in Quality Risk Management.
- Strong background and experience in GXP and relevant Health Authority regulations, paired with good business understanding.
- Ability to be innovative when faced with opportunities or challenges.
- Strong mindset on continuous improvement with effective change management skills to sustain a culture of high ethical standards and compliance.
- Excellence in communicating effectively across different audiences and organizational levels and the ability to bridge between quality, scientific, and business experts to form strong and effective relationships with partners.
