The Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced leader to manage governance, risk, and compliance in terms of information security. This includes corporate, product, and eCommerce scopes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead successful compliance audits, including ISO27001, TISAX, CyberEssentials Plus, and SOX.
- Develop and execute adaptation plans to standards such as NIST, NIS2, SEC Cybersecurity, ENS, and more.
- Lead the creation and execution of the Security Master Plan.
- Manage Wallbox's privacy and data protection office, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other applicable regulations.
- Coordinate risk management and employee cybersecurity awareness programs.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures at both the corporate and product levels.
- Manage cybersecurity for product and eCommerce web/apps.
- Adapt IoT product cybersecurity to regulations such as LINCE and ETSI-303645.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in the cybersecurity sector.
- Proven experience in a leadership role in information security.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in managing compliance audits and in developing adaptive security plans.
- Strong leadership skills and effective communication abilities at all organizational levels.
- Deep understanding of data protection and privacy legislation at an international level.
