Training Manager for Transcatheter Mitral

As a Training Manager, Transcatheter Mitral, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering a best-in-class European Internal Training Program for our Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) business unit.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop overarching training strategy and methodology for multiple curricula utilizing education principles to increase competencies about technical content for internal team members.
- Continuously assess the trainees and team members competencies.
- Adapt delivery to achieve training standards and outcomes utilizing technical expertise and education principles.
- Establish and maintain training projects timelines, drive communication to stakeholders.
- Objectively measure effectiveness of educational tools, resources and programs and lead the implementation of improvements.
- Support training content creation and review, ensuring documentation is targeted to the appropriate audience.
- Manage new product launches and ensure readiness in all Internal training aspects.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in health related area, 8 years' experience in healthcare industry required or Master's Degree or equivalent in health related area, 6 years' experience in healthcare industry required.
- Experience in similar role in industry (Application Specialist working for echo machine manufacturer) and/or experience as Cardiac Physiologist, Echocardiographer, Cardiac Sonographer, etc.
- Imaging - solid Echocardiography knowledge is mandatory (imaging certification very beneficial - TTE - transthoracic echocardiogram) or previous edge to edge therapy experience.
- Proven ability to design and deliver trainings about medical devices for cardiology, ideally structural heart interventional cardiology.
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships to drive alignment of objectives. Ability to coordinate, build consensus and persuade others.
