Imagine working in a fast-paced environment where credit management is at the forefront of your daily tasks. As a Credit Management Specialist with French and English, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate risk assessments and recommendations to support business growth.
About the RoleThis role involves:
- Credit Risk Management: Ensure client data is sufficient to assess risk and collect additional information as needed to maintain accuracy of risk scoring and recommendations.
- Assessing Credit Risk: Evaluate new and existing customers based on external and internal data to identify potential areas of concern.
- Monitoring Risk: Flag and communicate concerns appropriately while managing credit limit and risk alerts notifications.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be required to:
- Work Closely with Stakeholders: Collaborate with global support teams, billing, operations, and finance to implement action plans and ensure compliance with credit policy.
- Support Documentation and Process Improvement: Assist in reviewing reports for data accuracy, supporting credit committee preparation, and facilitating meetings.
This position requires strong stakeholder management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
