Your Responsibilities
The Business Unit Risk Manager will lead the implementation of the risk strategy within the business unit. In close collaboration with the Central Risk team, this role involves developing, implementing, and overseeing the company's risk management framework, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating credit risks across all areas of the business.
- Monitoring and optimizing the decision process:
- Own the decision process performance, designing efficient credit policies to support growth within the risk appetite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Central Risk, Data, Marketing, and Product to drive a robust decision strategy.
- Manage operational processes and perform controls, diagnostics, and performance monitoring, proposing adjustments as needed.
- Supporting decision strategy discussions:
- Define and communicate recommendations to optimize credit solutions for internal and external partners.
- Support central risk governance to improve decision strategies and risk levels.
- Manage relationships with external partners on risk topics.
- Implementation follow-up with the Tech team:
- Ensure features match the proposed solutions.
- Communicate on features and maintain decision strategy documentation.
- Represent the decision system:
- Act as the corporate ambassador at various organizational levels, including Country CEOs, Central Risk, external partners, and functional leaders.

- Experience: 3-7 years in consulting, investment banking, fintech/payments, retail e-commerce, or high-growth organizations with operational analytical experience.

- Data Skills: Basic SQL, analysis in Excel/PowerBi.
